Returns and Exchanges

The digital products you purchase here at Our Yellow Bench are delivered electronically when purchased and by email. Once downloaded, a digital product cannot be returned and is therefore considered non-refundable. 

But there is always at least one exception! In the following circumstances, a refund may be considered:

• Duplicate Purchase: you accidentally purchased the product twice unintentionally

• Wrong Purchase: you purchased a product, but for the wrong age/grade level (only refundable if your account shows the file has not been opened).

• Multiple Purchases: you purchased a product and also a bundle including the item. 

• Faulty File: you purchased a product but the file was not what was shown or described.

 

Requests for refunds will only be considered within 30 days of purchase. It is important for you to be detailed in your request with your name, email, date of purchase, and issue with product. Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis.
